State Route 372 (SR 372) is a 27.128-mile-long (43.658 km) state highway in the north-central part of the U.S. state of Georgia.It begins at an intersection with SR 140 in the western part of Alpharetta, Georgia and travels to the north through Fulton and Cherokee counties to end at I-575/SR 5/SR 515 in the very southern portion of south-central Pickens County.
State Route 136 (SR 136) is a 136.380-mile-long (219.482 km) state highway that travels west-to-east through portions of Dade, Walker, Gordon, Murray, Gilmer, Pickens, Dawson, and Hall counties in the northwestern and north-central parts of the U.S. state of Georgia.
The road that would eventually become numbered as SR 515 was established at least by 1919 along nearly the same alignment as it travels today. At the time, it was numbered as SR 5 from Nelson to Ellijay, SR 2 and possibly 5 from Ellijay to Blue Ridge, and SR 2 from Blue Ridge to the Young Harris area. The entire route was paved by this time. [6]

The first portion of the roadway that is signed as SR 108 today makes its appearance on Georgia state road maps in the middle of 1933, when a route signed as SR 108, and measuring 19.6 miles (31.5 km), ran from Jasper, at the intersection of SR 5 and SR 53 at the time, north into Cartecay in Lumpkin County, to what was then signed as SR 43, and which corresponds to SR 52 today.
