Riverway is a riverfront parkland attraction located in the Condon Suburb of Townsville that opened in July 2006. It stretches along 11 km (7 mi) of the Ross River, with areas at Pioneer Park, Loam Island, Apex Park and Ross Park at the Ross River Dam. [1] The areas of Riverway that have been completed are Pioneer Park and Loam Island.
The Townsville Artist Markets are hosted by Pinnacles Gallery and is currently held at Riverway every 2–3 months, and are planned to run from 1pm until 5pm on a Saturday. The markets contain stalls from artists and crafts people of the region, as well as entertainment from workshops, local musicians and La Luna Arts performances.

Riverway Stadium has a maximum capacity of 10,000+ [3] This was achieved on New Year's Eve 2007 when 10,024 spectators attended a Twenty20 cricket match between Queensland and Victoria. [4] The stadium is also home to the Thuringowa Bulldogs AFL club, and the AFL's local regional office. [ 2 ]

T. Willmetts & Sons Printery is a heritage-listed former printing house at 193 Flinders Street, Townsville CBD, City of Townsville, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Waggepetersen & Bevan and built from 1883 to 1927. It is also known as Capitol Seafood Restaurant. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992. [1]
