Anand Kumar (born 11 August 1961) is a retired Indian bureaucrat who served as Secretary of the National Commission for Backward Classes from 2020 to 2021. Before that, he served as Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and prior to it as Secretary of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in the Government of India .
