The town of Deerfield was incorporated in 1766, having originally been part of a land grant that formed Nottingham in 1721. Frontier Regional School (FRS) is a regional combined public high school and middle school in South Deerfield, Massachusetts, United States, serving students in grades 7–12, as part of the Union 38 School District. The district serves the four towns of Deerfield, Sunderland, Whately and Conway.
