In 1937 Pattonville High School's first graduating class, of 2 girls, graduated. In 1938, the graduating class had grown to 4 boys and 1 girl. The original high school was located on the current site of Holman Middle School, behind Pattonville's Learning Center at 11055 St Charles Rock Road, but has since moved to behind the Champ Landfill. Its students come from the Brentwood, Clayton, Kirkwood, Ladue, Maplewood-Richmond Heights, Normandy, Pattonville, Ritenour, and University City school districts. Additionally its service area includes portions of the Parkway and Rockwood school districts. [5] Neuwoehner High School (Town and Country) - Ages 14–21.
For school years 1956/57/58, it was a secondary school (grades 7–12). With its campus at the northwest corner of Pattonville, the school was also known as Ludwigsburg American High School from 1961 to 1968, with 1,200 students and 280 graduating seniors. Between 1970 and 1973, Stuttgart American High School was under the Trump Plan. [1] [2]
