Halstenbek (German pronunciation: [ˈhalstn̩beːk]) is a free municipality in the district of Pinneberg, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated on the north-western border of the city of Hamburg and approximately 5 km southeast of Pinneberg .
