Edit: I tried 2 download managers listed here (wxDownload Fast and Truedownloader) and neither of them do what I wanted. I think I'm going to have to go with the commandline tool wGet. Also, the 5.1 build of wxDownload Fast doesn't seem that stable (it keeps crashing for me, and according to the bug reports I'm not the only one it's happened to).
