Parma is a city in Canyon County, Idaho, United States. The population was 1,983 at the 2010 census , up from 1,771 in 2000. It is the fourth largest city in the county (behind Middleton , Caldwell , and Nampa all in the county’s eastern portion) and the largest in the rural western portion.
