Trisha Krishnan was born on 4 May 1983 [11] to Krishnan Iyer and Uma Iyer [12] [13] in Madras, Tamil Nadu into a Tamil Palakkad Iyer family. [14] [15] [16] She completed schooling at the Sacred Heart Matriculation School in Church Park, Chennai, [17] [18] and later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course at the Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai.
