New York State Route 82 (NY 82) is a state highway in the eastern Hudson Valley of New York in the United States. It begins at an junction with NY 52 northeast of the village of Fishkill, bends eastward towards Millbrook, and then returns westward to end at a junction with U.S. Route 9, NY 9H, and NY 23 at Bell Pond, near Claverack.
New York State Route 82 is a highway that goes southwest–northeast through the town, from Hopewell Junction to Moores Mills. Route 82 connects LaGrange with Millbrook to the north and Hopewell Junction to the south. There are also several county roads that go in various parts of the town.

It bends slightly to the intersection with CR 8 to pass the beach at Lake Taghkanic State Park, with the access road for the park leaving to the east at grade from the northbound lanes where the highway enters the town of Taghkanic. Another half-mile (800 m) to the north is the second interchange with NY 82.

NY 376 leaves NY 82 and continues northwest, crossing railroad tracks and following a sharp 90° S-curve with a 5-mile-per-hour (8.0 km/h) advisory speed.
