A simple run chart showing data collected over time. The median of the observed data (73) is also shown on the chart. A run chart, also known as a run-sequence plot is a graph that displays observed data in a time sequence. Often, the data displayed represent some aspect of the output or performance of a manufacturing or other business process.
Sequence graph, also called an alignment graph, breakpoint graph, or adjacency graph, are bidirected graphs used in comparative genomics. The structure consists of multiple graphs or genomes with a series of edges and vertices represented as adjacencies between segments in a genome [ 1 ] and DNA segments respectively.
An infinite sequence of real numbers (in blue). This sequence is neither increasing, decreasing, convergent, nor Cauchy. It is, however, bounded. In mathematics, a sequence is an enumerated collection of objects in which repetitions are allowed and order matters. Like a set, it contains members (also called elements, or terms).

A system sequence diagram should be done for the main success scenario of the use case, and frequent or complex alternative scenarios. There are two kinds of sequence diagrams: Sequence Diagram (SD): A regular version of sequence diagram describes how the system operates, and every object within a system is described specifically.
They match, so G is appended to the upper left sequence, LCS(R 0, C 1), which is (ε), giving (εG), which is (G). For LCS(R 1, C 3), G and C do not match. The sequence above is empty; the one to the left contains one element, G. Selecting the longest of these, LCS(R 1, C 3) is (G). The arrow points to the left, since that is the longest of the ...
The degree sequence of a bipartite graph is the pair of lists each containing the degrees of the two parts and . For example, the complete bipartite graph K 3,5 has degree sequence (,,), (,,,,). Isomorphic bipartite graphs have the same degree sequence. However, the degree sequence does not, in general, uniquely identify a bipartite graph; in ...
A long run is defined similarly to a run, except that the sequence can be either non-decreasing or non-increasing. The number of long runs is not a measure of presortedness. A sequence with a small number of long runs can be sorted efficiently by first reversing the decreasing runs and then using a natural merge sort.
