On Maiden Island, Rayleigh kills a Sea King and arrives on the island in front of Law's crew. Meanwhile, at Amazon Lily, Hancock is contemplating about marriage when Jimbei and Luffy meet the Dark King Rayleigh, who tells that Law has left the island with his crew. Rayleigh gives back Luffy's straw hat and befriends Hancock and her sisters.
Luffy bids farewell to Rayleigh, who encourages him to aim for the top. As the Marines approach, Rayleigh draws a line to stop them, allowing the Straw Hats to reunite and set sail. They’re attacked by a Marine ship, but Hancock and her Kuja Pirates intervene, surprising the crew when Luffy reveals he knows Hancock.
