It is my understanding that the Amazon.com Store Card and the Amazon Prime (Visa Signature?) are two different cards that are issued by two different companies...the Store Card is issued by Synchrony and the Prime card is issued by Chase. You should be able to see on the back of your credit card who the issuer of the card is.

Recently, I have noticed that, while Quicken is connecting to Synchrony Bank, no transactions are downloading for the Amazon Prime Credit Card. Further, the online balance at the bottom of the screen shows "0" vs the actual balance. Any suggestions for fixing?
