She has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2009, representing the 4th district , made up of portions of the city of Alexandria and Fairfax County , near Washington, D.C.
Herring was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, on January 14, 1945. He attended Palmer College. [2] Herring served in the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1988 to 1992. [1] He died on November 8, 2024, at the age of 79. [2] [3]
