Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar became the first law school in India in 2003 to start integrated law in five different streams and specializations; i.e. BA/B.Com./BBA/B.Sc./BSW LLB (Honours). NALSAR offers a five-year integrated B.A LL.B.(Hons.) program and Integrated Program of Management (BBA+MBA). Admission to the undergraduate program is on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) which is taken by upwards of 100,000 students every year. [4] With only 132 seats offered at NALSAR, the program is considered highly selective.
The entire programme is divided into two parts; the first part focuses on the foundation courses, whereas the second part focuses on the management.
