I agree with the previous statement. Belarc Advisor telling me to update Quicktime to newest version only newest verrsion states needs Windows Vista or Windows 7 to install. I have 7.7.6 installed and that runs perfectly. Versions 7.7. 7 and newer do not like Windows 10
I was able to install Quicktime Player 7.7.8 on Windows 10. Here is how you can do it: Downloaded QuickTime. Download Super Orca. Extract the QuickTimeInstaller.exe (using any zip file extractor such as WinRAR). Open Super Orca and open the QuickTime.msi which you extracted in step 3. On the leftside click on "LaunchCondition".

anyway, you should get in touch with apple - they're the ones actively blocking the installation because their program is specifically asking for Vista or 7. they need to get of their bums and update their programs. it isn't 2009 anymore. more resources at. some alternative ways of getting it to work are listed there.

While QuickTime is not supported officially anymore, it is still possible to install QuickTime on devices running Windows 10 or older versions of Windows.
