Troubleshooting is a form of problem solving, often applied to repair failed products or processes on a machine or a system. It is a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem in order to solve it, and make the product or process operational again. Troubleshooting is needed to identify the symptoms.
If you're currently on a work, public, school, or shared computer, use a home computer or other device that isn't shared. Such computers may be configured to connect through proxy filtering servers or contain software that may interfere with your ability to load and view the required forms and images on the account creation page.
