Southampton Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 10,317, [7] [8] a decrease of 147 (−1.4%) from the 10,464 recorded at the 2010 census, [16] [17] which in turn reflected an increase of 76 (+0.7%) from the 10,388 counted in the 2000 census. The area is composed of single-family homes, small businesses and warehouses, forest, and farmland. The community is located along Red Lion Road (County Route 641) two miles (3.2 km) south of Vincentown, to the west of U.S. Route 206, and southeast of the Red Lion Airport.
