Ian Campbell Dunn (1 May 1943 – 10 March 1998) was a Scottish gay rights and pro-paedophilia campaigner. [1] He was founder of The Scottish Minorities Group (later known as Outright Scotland), one of the first British gay rights organisations, and helped establish Britain's first gay newspaper, Gay News .
