The PBA on One Sports is the branding for presentation of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games which started since the 2011-12 season. [1] [2] Telecasts are produced by One Sports (formerly Sports5 and ESPN5), the sports division of TV5 Network Inc., and aired through One Sports and PBA Rush, with simulcast and livestreaming on Cignal Play, Pilipinas Live and Smart LiveStream.
The format of the all-star game was patterned after the NBA's version, wherein fans voted up to 24 players and two coaches. The two players with the highest number of votes became the team captains and selected their teammates via draft. The game also included a four-point line and a three-point dunk, similar to the earlier Blitz Game.
The PBA has been covered by television networks and other media companies since its opening day. One Sports is their current television partner. Games are being aired on live television via One Sports and PBA Rush, with livestreaming via Cignal Play, Pilipinas Live (worldwide), and Smart LiveStream.
