Paul John Teutul (born May 1, 1949) is the founder of Orange County Choppers, a manufacturer of custom motorcycles and the focus of the reality television series American Chopper. He first appeared on the show with his sons Paul Jr. and Michael. In 2013, his new show Orange County Choppers premiered on CMT. [1]
Orange County Choppers is the second spin-off series of the American Chopper franchise. The show ran for one season on CMT with a 2-hour "pilot" and eight episodes between August 18, 2013 and January 11, 2014. [21] The series features Paul Teutul Sr. and his team as they fabricate some of the most complicated choppers of their careers.
The company was also featured on an episode of American Chopper where the Dixie Chopper Bike was built by Orange County Choppers and unveiled at Daytona Bike Week in 2004. The Bike featured a modified 1000cc Generac lawn mower engine rated at 32 horsepower (24 kW), which after some modifications produced a surprising amount of power despite not being a normal bike engine.
The MotoCoaster is a motorbike roller coaster at Six Flags Darien Lake in Darien, New York.It was the park's first launch coaster, and was the first MotoCoaster by Zamperla to be installed in the United States, [1] [2] though the Pony Express, a similar type of coaster with horse themed trains, was constructed around the same time and is currently operating at Knott's Berry Farm.
