Christopher Jerrod Hinton (born July 31, 1961) is an American former professional football tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons, primarily with the Indianapolis Colts franchise.
He is the son of former All-Pro offensive lineman Chris Hinton, [2] and the older brother of Myles Hinton. [3] He played in the 2019 U.S. Army All-American Bowl, and was a five-star recruit. Hinton committed to play for the University of Michigan over offers from Ohio State, Georgia, Clemson, Stanford, and others.
Hinton was born on January 9, 2002, the son of Chris and Mya Hinton. He grew up in John's Creek, Georgia and attended Greater Atlanta Christian School.Hinton was rated as a five-star recruit, the second best offensive tackle and the 12th overall prospect in the class of 2020. [1]
