Boegel and Hine Flour Mill-Wommack Mill, also known as Grove Mill, is a historic grist mill complex located at Fair Grove, Greene County, Missouri.The mill was built in 1883, and is a 2 1/2-story, heavy timber frame building sided with vertical boards.

Ebenezer, a younger brother, bought the business in 1837, and later moved it from Wayland to Uxbridge, Massachusetts, the center of the growing textile mill area of the Blackstone Valley. In 1841, Ebenezer moved the company to nearby Hopedale, Massachusetts , where a new Christian settlement had been formed by Adin Ballou in 1841.
The syndicate registered the Texas Mill Co. Ltd, with a capital of GBP70,000 to build this, their seventh mill. The cotton industry peaked in 1912 when it produced 8 billion yards of cloth. The great war of 1914–1918 halted the supply of raw cotton, and the British government encouraged its colonies to build mills to spin and weave cotton.
The mill is protected as Watkins Woolen Mill State Historic Site, which preserve its machinery and business records in addition to the building itself. It was designated a National Historic Landmark and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1966 in recognition for its remarkable state of preservation. [ 4 ]
