Teodora Alonso Realonda y Quintos (November 9, 1827 – August 16, 1911) was a wealthy woman in the Spanish colonial Philippines. She was best known as the mother of the Philippines' national hero Jose Rizal. Realonda was born in Santa Cruz, Manila. She was also known for being a disciplinarian and hard-working mother.
Paciano Rizal was born to Francisco Engracio Rizal Mercado y Alejandro (1818–1897) and Teodora Alonso y Quintos (1827–1911; whose family later changed their surname to "Realonda"), as the second of eleven children born to a wealthy family in the town of Calamba, La Laguna (present-day Laguna).

The house is noted for its connection to the family of José Rizal. Alonzo is the father of Rizal's mother Teodora Alonso Realonda. Biñan is where Realonda would spend her teenage years and where she would meet Rizal's father Francisco Mercado who lived in a house nearby.
