[1] The Ohio Savings Plaza currently stands as the 33rd-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with the Penton Media Building and Ameritech Center.

The tower would have been built on top of the 1957 structure. When the Cleveland Press folded on June 17, 1982, the North Point Plan did too. Construction of a more modest North Point I began in 1983, [3] and the Cleveland Press building was demolished. It was completed in 1985. North Point II (North Point Tower) was added in 1990.

The Superior Square Tower was renamed Eaton Center soon after. Eaton relocated to its new 580,000-square-foot facility, also named Eaton Center, in Beachwood, Ohio in early 2013. The reincorporation in Ireland as part of the Cooper merger involved establishing a registered head office in Dublin, Ireland, but operational headquarters remain in Ohio.
