The Grand Riviera Suites is a high rise residential skyscraper located along Roxas Boulevard in Manila, Philippines. At 230 meters (750 ft) high, the building is the tallest building in Manila city proper. [1] The building constructed by developer, Moldex Realty was designed by architectural firm, Asya Design Partner.
The Bahay Pangulo's original structure was built in the 1930s by the Bureau of Public Works and was designed by architect Juan Arellano and Antonio M. Toledo. [2] [3] [1] It was originally built as a rest house of the Malacañang Park for informal activities and social functions of the president.
