New Hampshire Route 10 is a 122.25-mile-long (196.74 km) north–south state highway in western New Hampshire, United States. Its southern terminus is in Winchester at the Massachusetts state line, where it continues south as Massachusetts Route 10 .
The route begins in Norwich at an interchange with Interstate 91 and U.S. Route 5 and runs east, crossing the state line and continuing into downtown Hanover, where it ends at New Hampshire Route 10. Route 10A is a spur route of New Hampshire Route 10 and its extension in Vermont is unrelated to Vermont Route 10.

The general course of Route 10 was later followed by Connecticut Route 9, U.S. Route 44, Connecticut Route 189, Connecticut Route 10, Massachusetts Route 10, New Hampshire Route 10, and U.S. Route 302. The directional turns between Northfield and Winchester are now part of Route 63 and New Hampshire Route 119.

Connecticut Route 10 is a state highway that runs from Interstate 95 (I-95) in New Haven Massachusetts state line, where it continues as Massachusetts Route 10, which in turn continues directly to New Hampshire Route 10. Route 10 was originally commissioned in 1922 as New England Route 10, connecting Old Saybrook to Granby.
