JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders (Japanese: ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 スターダストクルセイダース, Hepburn: JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken Sutādasuto Kuruseidāsu) is the second season of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime by David Production, based on the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga series by Hirohiko Araki.
In its original publication, it was known as JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3 Jotaro Kujo: Heritage for the Future (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 第三部 空条承太郎 —未来への遺産—, JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken Dai San Bu Kūjō Jōtarō -Mirai e no Isan-). The arc was preceded by Battle Tendency and followed by Diamond Is Unbreakable.
The first season, adapting the first two parts, Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency, aired in Japan between October 2012 and April 2013. The series is distributed in North America by Warner Home Video and Viz Media , with the former handling the series on DVD and the latter handling the series on Blu-Ray and the merchandising rights.
The first six episodes were originally released by Pony Canyon on VHS and Laserdisc from 1993 to 1994, adapting the latter half of the story arc. This set of episodes begins with Jotaro Kujo and his companions in the middle of their quest to find Dio Brando, offering very little exposition to the back-story that led to the present events of the OVA.

Matthew Mercer provides Jotaro Kujo's English voice in the TV anime. In Japanese, Jotaro was voiced by Jūrōta Kosugi in the OVAs, [7] but has been voiced by Daisuke Ono since JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. Ono first learned of the series when he was studying in college during his free time and came to enjoy the manga.
