It was based in Warsaw, Indiana, and it was also incorporated as a business. In 1993, the group expanded into Canada. [2]
Metzger was born and raised in Indiana. [5] He served in the U.S. Army from 1961 until 1964 when he moved to Southern California to work in the electronics industry.
