Eugene Avon Anderson (October 4, 1939 – October 31, 1991) was an American professional wrestler and professional wrestling manager.He is best known for being one-half of the tag team the Minnesota Wrecking Crew, first with Lars Anderson, then with Ole Anderson.

Alan began performing as Ole Anderson, the brother of Gene and Lars. The three would team together in different combinations until Lars moved to Hawaii in 1969. After Lars moved, Gene and Ole continued the team and Lars would only make sporadic appearances from then on. Gene and Ole remained a team until 1982. [2] [3] [5]
Gene Anderson formed the original Minnesota Wrecking Crew with his kayfabe brother Lars Anderson in 1966. They wrestled throughout the country in the late 60s until Lars left to live in Hawaii. In 1969 Gene then brought in Alan Rogowski, and renamed him Ole Anderson.
Heiniemi started wrestling in 1965. He formed a tag team with his kayfabe brother Gene Anderson and also tagged with his other kayfabe brother Ole Anderson. Ole and Lars had aopted Anderson as their family names to pretend to be brothers of Gene. [3] He occasionally wrestled with them as the Minnesota Wrecking Crew.
Judd was married twice; his first wife, who had also appeared in The Day the Earth Caught Fire, was actress Gene Anderson, who died suddenly aged 34 from a cerebral hemorrhage whilst filming Z Cars: The Share Out in May 1965. [4] They had one daughter. His second wife was actress Norma Ronald, with whom he had two daughters. [5]
