Noah (formerly known as Peterpan; and later stylized as NOAH) are an Indonesian rock band formed as Peterpan in Bandung, West Java in 2000, which consisted of six members: Ariel, Andika, Indra, Lukman, Reza and Uki, with Andika as the leader. Most of their lyrics are written by Ariel, who is the band's lead vocalist.

His band–credited as Ariel, Uki, Lukman, Reza, and David–released an album mostly consisting of instrumental versions of Peterpan's songs titled Suara Lainnya in May 2012. His bandmates routinely visited him in prison while working on the album to get his input. Ariel's 2011 single "Dara" was included as a bonus track in the album. [8]
The band released six albums during Reza's tenure: Taman Langit, Bintang di Surga, Ost. Alexandria, Hari Yang Cerah, Sebuah Nama Sebuah Cerita and Seperti Seharusnya. Reza played drums with a band called Tridia when Peterpan was on hiatus in 2011. [2] He left Noah in January 2015 to pursue religious studies. [1]
