Xcerra Corporation (formerly LTX-Credence Corporation) was an American semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) vendor, founded in 1976 in (co-founder) Sol Max's basement, later moving to the Balco building in Newton & GTE building 3 in Needham, then the KLH building on University Ave. in Westwood and currently headquartered on University Ave. in Norwood, Massachusetts (Greater Boston area).
Before its merger Credence System's remaining principal competitors in the ATE business (besides LTX) were: Advantest; Teradyne; SPEA (company) Verigy (formerly a division of Hewlett-Packard and then Agilent Technologies) On November 1, 2001, Integrated Measurement Systems, Inc. (IMS) was acquired by Credence Systems Corporation.
Michelin Polska (till 2005 named Stomil Olsztyn) [1] is a tyre manufacturer based in Olsztyn, Poland. The company came into existence when the tyre plant OZOS „Stomil”, founded in 1967, was privatized in 1992.
The Michelin TRX, (and the related TDX), is a radial tire introduced by the Michelin Group in 1975. It is one of the first volume-produced low-profile tires. Although technologically advanced, and reasonably successful, the tire's requirement for a non-standard rim ultimately condemned it to a relatively short commercial life.
To achieve more a complete non-recycling PFC, the CDX-U vacuum vessel was disassembled for the installation of a heated inner shell inside it. This was a major step for the conversion of CDX-U to LTX. LTX had its first plasma in 2008, and first run with lithium wall coatings in 2010. [1]
