Johnnie Max Kilpatrick (January 24, 1945 – December 10, 2024) was an American judge and politician. He served as judge to the 6th district of the Mississippi Chancery Court from 2005 until his retirement in 2010. Previously, Kilpatrick was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from 1972 until 1980.
After returning to Shreveport, Shehee went back to work in the family insurance agency and funeral home. James Jackson Kilpatrick (November 1, 1920 – August 15, 2010) was an American newspaper journalist, columnist, author, writer and grammarian. During the 1950s and early 1960s he was editor of The Richmond News Leader in Richmond, Virginia and encouraged the Massive Resistance strategy to oppose the U.S. Supreme Court 's decisions in the Brown v.
After his discharge, Diggs worked as a funeral director. He served as a member of the Michigan Senate from the 3rd district 1951–54, just as his father had from 1937 to 1944. [citation needed] He was rooted in his family's business, the House of Diggs, which at one time was said to be Michigan's largest funeral home. [4]

Kilpatrick was born Judith Ann Gladys Foxley at St. Helen's Hospital in St Helens, Lancashire on 20 February 1952. [1] [2] Her family's ancestors were traditionally employed in the mines. [3] Kilpatrick was the only child of James "Jim" Foxley, who was a treasurer for Bury Health Authority, [4] and later worked for the National Health Service. [1]
