The City of Great Falls Utilities Department is excited to announce that the new online portal for utility payments is now enabled. Customers can now view and print bills, process payments, enroll in e-billing, schedule a future payment, and set up autopay using a debit card, credit card, or e-check on this new portal.
You will receive a City of Great Falls utility bill each month. Payments are due 15 days from the bill date. Several options are available to make your monthly payment: pay by debit card, credit card, or check by phone by calling (406) 727-7660, option 1 to make a payment then option 1 for utilities.
We are located at the Civic Center, Room 104. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Please Note: We cannot refund payments. Make sure you are paying with the card you intend to use. Only click once on the payment button.

The City of Great Falls Utilities Department is changing to a NEW utility billing software called New World. During the software conversion from May 22 – June 3, 2024, staff will not be able to view information or process any transactions until the new system is up and running.

GREAT FALLS, Montana – The City of Great Falls Utilities Department underwent a software conversion at the end of May. Due to the software conversion, some of the utility bills in June were delayed and mailed out late. In some cases, the monthly billing statements may have been received after the due date.
