The proposal for Split to host the Mediterranean Games was initiated in March 1969 by the local sports federation. [1] Following a series of meetings and negotiations with national sports bodies in Zagreb and Belgrade, Split secured the right to submit a bid, surpassing Rijeka due to its stronger sporting tradition. Ich Troje ("The Three of Them") is a Polish pop band. Ich Troje was founded in 1996 by songwriter Michał Wiśniewski and composer Jacek Łągwa. Since 2000, Ich Troje has been one of the most successful Polish groups. They have sold more than 1.5 million records since June 2001. Their songs are typically about love, betrayal and break-ups.
The album, entitled Ratne igre and featuring slightly more commercial sound than the band's first album, was recorded in Saughall, Chester and was, like the band's debut, produced by Gordon Rowley, bass guitarist of the British heavy metal band Nightwing.
