I see that you are facing an issue with your printer missing one of the color ink. A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain. 1) Take out the cartridges. 2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
Printer status report page shows no cyan color but ink levels show full. Which it is. Brand new Hp cartridges were installed HP902. Printer status report shows that cyan ink cartridge warranty ended 10/8/15 all the other cartridges showed 1/8/20 expiration. Took the ink back to retailer and replaced it. Still no blue ink printing.

Cyan color has not printed since I changed to a new cyan cartridge. Cleaned printheads twice, still no cyan printing. Performed a hard reset, per Jeet Singh 2018 post. I hardly ever use my printer HP Officejet Pro 6978 All in One, and when I do we print black because the color is never correct. I have cleaned the printhead and it says everything is good. But I print the test and all colors come out with their levels except Cyan it's blank and no blue comes out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
