Lovebites (stylized as LOVEBITES) is a Japanese heavy metal band, formed in 2016 by former Destrose members Miho and Haruna. Its lineup currently consists of Haruna on drums, Midori and Miyako on guitar, Asami on vocals, and Fami on bass.
Asami, who worked on the song with the band's frequent collaborator Mao, said the first part sounds like thrash metal, but from there it develops in the "usual Lovebites way" and has the impact she expected after first hearing the riff. Midori said the marching rhythm conveys the feeling of "moving forward".
