Heading names: Many different headings are used, depending on the subject matter. "Works" is preferred when the list includes items that are not written publications (e.g. music, films, paintings, choreography, or architectural designs), or if multiple types of works are included.
The main headings in the article are second level headings, defined with two equals signs in the wikitext. You never need to use the top-level heading style, defined with one equals sign, as it is reserved for article titles.

I don't have a link to an example, but I have seen it used in the Talk pages of some templates, where the Talk page is divided into "=Usage=" and "=Discussion=", so that when a person clicks on the "+" to start a new discussion section, it gets put under the super-section "=Discussion=".

Options include either of Wikipedia's own template-based Citation Style 1 and Citation Style 2, and any other well-recognized citation system. Parameters in the citation templates should be accurate.
