A film trilogy adapting the manga's "Infinity Castle" story arc is set to premiere in 2025. The series received critical acclaim for its storyline, animation, action sequences, characters, and voice acting (original and dubbed), as well as numerous awards, and is considered one of the best anime of the 2010s.
