The Club is situated on 158 acres with 125 acres devoted to the golf course. The plans for Quail Creek Golf & Country Club began in 1960 and the golf course and clubhouse design and construction followed in 1961–62. [1] Johnston envisioned turning pasture land into a residential area and a golf country club.
The course was founded in 1911 by 300 Oklahoma City residents. The course, designed by architect Perry Maxwell, measures 6,861 yards from the championship tees and plays to a par 71 with a course rating of 73.5 and a slope of 130.
The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) is the primary standards body; its Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) promulgates and updates best practices as codified in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), while its Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) promulgates minimum standards for appraiser certification and licensing.
