    For the first week on 20 mg I felt jittery, nausea but that soon went as your body adjusts, and it will. In week 2 I Felt great and thought here we go this is it it's working lol, that didn't last long. I have no plans to increase to 60 mg per day as I couldn't tolerate that increase in the past and gave up.

    where it sounds like we differ though is, the dry mouth and constipation for me, passed after about 1-2 weeks for me when starting duloxetine (60mg). i guess you can either keep going and hope the side effects pass, but mind you if it's been 3 months then one would expect things to have probably settled down by now..

Went off it last fall due to combo of 100mg wellbutrin to calm, but has years went by it affected vision. Was going to switch but very huge mistake as I'm extremely med sensitivity and the less the better.
