Todd Lowber (born January 26, 1982) is an American former professional football wide receiver. He most recently played for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He has also been a member of the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, and Miami Dolphins.
