The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is a professional accountancy body in Sri Lanka.The Institute was established by Act of Parliament, No. 23 of 1959 as the sole organisation in Sri Lanka with the right to awarding the Chartered Accountant designation.
The centre was created under a separate act of Parliament, the J. R. Jayewardene Centre Act No. 77 of 1988, to preserve and administer the records of the former president. [2] It archives Jayewardene's personal library and papers, as well as papers and records from the Presidential Secretariat and gifts he received during his tenure.
