Bqennaya (Arabic: بقنايا) is a Lebanese town located in the Metn District of Mount Lebanon in Lebanon.The population is almost exclusively Christian. [1] it is famous by its close proximity to the coastal highway.
Bsalim is located 300–400 m (980–1,310 ft) above sea level. The cities around Bsalim are Antelias, Jal el Dib, Nabey, Roumieh, Kennebat Broumana, and Bqennaya. Bsalim's municipality also contains two small districts, Mezher and Majzoub.
Zalka is situated on the hills overlooking Beirut and is bordered by the neighborhoods of Jal El Dib to the north, Antelias to the east, and Sin El Fil to the south. It is easily accessible by car or public transportation and is located only a few kilometers away from the Beirut Central District.
