Continuing from the Hernando-Citrus County Line in Lake Lindsey, Hernando CR 481 (Snow Memorial Highway) becomes Citrus County Road 581 and is renamed South Pleasant Grove Road. Like its Hernando County counterpart, it runs through local farm and ranch land with the occasional private dirt road intersection.
