The Astound Broadband Stadium is a 15,000-seat (18,000 capacity) stadium located in Midland, Texas.The stadium plays host to the American football and soccer teams for both Legacy High School and Midland High School, plus the West Texas FC franchise in USL League Two, which is the fourth tier of American soccer.
The school originally opened its doors in 1961, seven years before the city’s high schools integrated. [4] In October 2020, the Midland school board voted to rename the school "Legacy High School". [5] The Midland ISD board vote to rename had six board members voting for, and one voting against the school's name change.
