I'm putting together a campaign that's starting in a week, and the last thing I had on my plate was bringing some of locations to life with some NPCs. I looked around for a while for NPC generators, but didn't find anything I really liked.
Rhundi is a "private eye" type character, a bit of a skill monkey with an arsenal of options for combat. Very high awareness, slippery and stealthy, and combat tricks to help with sneak attack in a variety of circumstances. Likes to mix it up in melee, but also effective ranged. Reactions: Uncanny Dodge, Brace.
One simple way to make sure traits, ideals, bonds, and flaws see a bit more play is to put the awarding of Inspiration in the players' hands. Specifically, when a player opts to take disadvantage on a roll that the DM has called for or specifically incurs a cost or setback because of a trait, ideal, bond, or flaw, that player may claim Inspiration.

I was just wondering what the general consensus was on these 2 features. The Halfling trait being an unlimited times a day is really the only thing that bothers me (it's essentially advantage always when you roll a 1 though it's less of an issue when trying to hit high AC). The lucky feat itself seems pretty powerful period.
