Chambers Island Airport is located on the island. It is a private use airport owned by Chambers Island Flying Corp. with a single 1,200 by 40 feet (366 by 12 m) gravel runway. [ 25 ] It was originally constructed as part of an attempt in the 1920s to turn much of the island into a golf course and upscale residential area. [ 26 ]

Mackaysee Lake is a lake located in Door County, Wisconsin. [1] The lake is found on Chambers Island in Green Bay of Lake Michigan. Mackaysee Lake has a surface area of 347 acres (1.40 km 2) and a max depth of 27 ft (8.2 m). [2] Most of the lake has a sand bottom and is shallow with an average depth of 6 ft (1.8 m). [3]
