The Akwa Ibom Transport Company (AKTC) is a state-owned transportation company headquartered in Uyo, Nigeria. Established in 1988, the company was founded shortly after the creation of Akwa Ibom State in 1987 to facilitate the conveyance of civil servants within the state. AKTC has expanded its operations to include inter-state transport services.
Full Life Christian Centre, also known as Full Life Foundation, was founded by Rev. Ntia I Ntia, in June 2000 when he moved to Uyo from Enugu. [ citation needed ] In 2008, Reverend Ntia announced that the church had acquired yet another property on Nsikak Eduok Avenue.

Planning for the Akwa Ibom Specialist Hospital started in early 2010, under the German Designer RRP in Munich. Construction began in 2010. The Hospital contains all relevant disciplines, including a special clinic for children. It has about 300 beds, divided between a male and female ward wings.
The Godswill Akpabio International Stadium (formerly Akwa Ibom International Stadium) [2] is a 30,000 capacity national sports stadium located in Uyo, the state capital of Akwa Ibom. [3] The stadium serves as a home to the Nigerian Super Eagles as well as a center for various social, cultural, Political and religious events.

[3] [4] The stadium is located close to a major market in Uyo City, called Akpan Andem Market. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000 people. The Mission and Church were initially named after the place where the mission began its work, at Ibeno near the Qua Iboe River in the present day Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria. The church and mission have been entirely independent entities since 1984, but the two continue to work together closely.
