The cuisines chosen were Moroccan and Mexican by Nick and Luke respectively, and the professionals were given 90 minutes to complete the job. Quite a few of the chefs struggled with the test, due to a lack of knowledge of the cuisines. Luke, Bonny and Nick were in the top 3 with Bonny getting the dish of the day.
